Ask your AI assistant about your businesses
Claude and ChatGPT can plug into outside tools. The AI connector gives them a private, read-only view of your account, so you can ask which client needs attention this week and get an answer from your real numbers.
What it does
The AI connector is a private link you add to Claude or ChatGPT. Once added, the assistant can list your businesses, read a business's rankings, reviews, performance, tasks and reports, and answer questions about them. The one thing it can change is to approve safe tasks already prepared on a business's task list, and it asks you first.
A real-life example
Say you run an agency in Dublin and start each Monday in Claude.
Before: Answering which clients lost map visibility meant opening each business in turn.
After: You ask Claude which of your businesses dropped on the map since the last scan and which have reviews waiting, and it reads the account and answers in a list, with the tasks ready to approve.
How you would use it
- 1.Open AI connector from the Tools menu and copy your private link.
- 2.In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and add it. In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Apps and Connectors, and add it in developer mode.
- 3.Ask a question, such as which of my businesses has unanswered reviews. The assistant asks before it uses a tool; choose Allow.
- 4.To send prepared work to Google, ask it to approve the safe tasks for one business and confirm when it asks.
- 5.Revoke the link on the same page if it ever leaks.
