What it does
AI review replies watches every connected profile for new reviews and writes a reply for each one, using only what the review says and what your profile says about the business. You choose a star floor. Reviews at or above it can be answered automatically; reviews below it are held, and you approve or change the reply from the app or straight from an email.
A real-life example
Say you own three car washes in Tampa.
Before: Reviews piled up for weeks, and the one-star review about a broken vacuum sat unanswered next to the price list.
After: Four and five star reviews get a short thank-you within half an hour. The one-star review arrives in your inbox with three drafted replies, you pick one and press Approve, and it is posted.
How you would use it
- 1.Open a business, click Reviews, and turn on Replies on autopilot.
- 2.Pick a tone preset or write your own, choose the star floor, and decide whether held replies come to you by email one at a time or in a daily digest.
- 3.Reviews above the floor are answered on their own.
- 4.For a held review, open the email, read the options, and click Approve on the one you want.
- 5.Check the reply rate on the Reviews page, and add templates by star rating if you prefer your own words.
