What it does
Review Velocity pulls the reviews of a business and up to seven competitors you pick and shows how many each one gained in a window you choose, from 30 days to a year. The writer reads the newest reviews on both sides and lists the themes, complaints, reply quality and risks, and what to do first.
A real-life example
Say you run a roofing company in Atlanta with a 4.8 rating.
Before: You assumed the rating was enough, and did not notice a rival had gained forty reviews in three months to your six.
After: Review Velocity shows the gap in one chart, the written summary says the rival asks for reviews after every job, and you set up Get reviews the same day.
How you would use it
- 1.Open Review Velocity from the Rankings menu and pick a business.
- 2.Search for up to seven competitors and tick them.
- 3.Choose the window: 30, 60, 90, 180 or 365 days, and run the pull.
- 4.Read the chart of reviews gained and the rating of each business.
- 5.Open the written summary to see themes, complaints and what to do first.
