Your account's numbers in Google Sheets
Some agencies report from their own sheets and dashboards. Data feed gives you a private link per dataset that Google Sheets reads as a live table, and Looker Studio can build on.
What it does
Data feed makes a private CSV link for each dataset in your account, such as businesses, rankings and reviews. Paste the Sheets formula from the page into a cell and the sheet fills with the data and keeps itself current. From the sheet you can build Looker Studio reports in your own layout.
A real-life example
Say you run an agency in Melbourne with a Looker Studio dashboard per client.
Before: Someone exported CSV files every Monday and pasted them into sheets.
After: Each sheet holds one formula with the private link, refreshes on its own, and the dashboards update without anyone touching them.
How you would use it
- 1.Open Data feed from the Tools menu.
- 2.Copy the Sheets formula for the dataset you want.
- 3.Paste it into a cell in Google Sheets. The table fills in.
- 4.Connect the sheet to Looker Studio as a data source and build your report.
- 5.Revoke a link on the same page if it leaks, and make a new one.
The mechanism, in plain words

- Each link is a plain CSV address, so any tool that reads a CSV link can use it, not only Sheets.
- The data is read only and limited to your own account.
- Anyone holding a link can read that data, including anyone who can edit the sheet, so treat the links like passwords.
